These simple tips will help you get on your way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-46797-0-1-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-46797-0-1-1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Resistance Bands<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>I don't know the resistance of each band.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yellow Resistance Bands \u2013 5lb<\/li>\n<li>Green Resistance Bands \u2013 10lbs<\/li>\n<li>Red Resistance Bands \u2013 25lbs<\/li>\n<li>Purple Resistance Bands \u2013 35lbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This information can also be found in your User Guide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>I don't know how to increase\/decrease resistance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Besides switching bands, there are multiple ways to adjust the amount of resistance (or assistance) you're getting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">use multiple bands;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">move toward (or away from) the point of origin, i.e. the hook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Frame<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>I don't know how high to set the bars for assistance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Typically, setting the bars at shoulder height is sufficient for the assistance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The arms of my Evolution are shaky.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Using the allen key provided, tighten the 8 bolts as much as possible. The tighter the bolts, the more stable the arms will be.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>I can't adjust the height of the arms.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">There are two possible reasons why you can't adjust the height of the arms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">the spring pin needs to be loosened (turned counter-clockwise);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">there is a hook locking the arm in place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>I don't know where to set up my 8 hooks.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Firstly, you don't have to use all 8 hooks provided. But we provided that many so you don't need to constantly move the hooks around. This interrupts the flow of your workout. Rest assured that over time, you will find that there are certain holes that you use most often. Leave the hooks there and never touch them again!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I don't want to lose my allen key.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We've thought about that! If you look between the wheels, you will see a hole. That's where your allen key goes! Your Evolution came with a magnet. Use this to keep the allen in place (for safe keeping).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Wheelchairs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>My wheelchair doesn't fit inside the Evolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Not a problem! Most of the exercises can be done on or off of the Evolution. As long as you're not using an excessive amount of resistance, it is perfectly fine to be off of the Evolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>I can't get on the Evolution in my wheelchair.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Have you tried getting as close as possible to the Evolution, grabbing the arms, and pulling yourself on?
