Shipping and Delivery

Orders of the Evolution Home Gym ("Evolution") made in Canada and the U.S. qualify for FREE shipping. Please note that:

  • Free shipping is not available to P.O. boxes or international destinations.

We will deliver the Evolution to the address you provided when you placed your order. All orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery at the agreed-upon time of delivery. Our goal is to have your Evolution delivered to you within 5 to 10 business days from the date of your confirmed purchase. If you have not received your product within 10 working days, please contact us at support@evolutionVN.com

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier. Occasionally, tracking information will show that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it. If you don't receive the package within the next few business days:

  • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Contact the carrier as noted in your shipping confirmation email.

Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Evolution, you can request a return within 14 days ("Satisfaction Period") after your delivery. Customer pays return shipping costs.

This policy only applies to products purchased directly from EvolutionVN or from one of our trusted partners.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The Evolution must be returned within the Satisfaction Period specified.
  • The Evolution must be returned undamaged in suitable packaging (preferably original cartons).
  • The Evolution must be in original condition with all accessories and materials included.

If all criteria are not met, then at the sole discretion of EvolutionVN, up to a 25% re-stocking fee may apply.

If your Evolution is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, EvolutionVN reserves the right to refuse a refund at EvolutionVN’s sole discretion.

EvolutionVN’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty.
