As an AFAA Certified and ATA trained trainer, Amy is skilled in working with individuals of all abilities and focuses on developing movement patterns to increase strength and improve range of motion. With over 10 years of experience, Amy has worked extensively with individuals with disabilities, chronic medical illness, and Scoliosis, developing custom workouts and plans of action to decrease pain and improve overall wellbeing.

During your 60-minute session with Amy, you will learn how to maximize the Evolution Home Gym for your specific requirements, with a focus on preventing falls, enhancing core strength, building confidence, and connecting the mind and body. With an emphasis on time under tension, you’ll gain strength without adding unnecessary strain or stress to your muscles and joints.
