In these calls, our focus will be on whatever serves you best in the present moment. We may discuss:
- your progress towards your goals
- how to create sustainable goals
- how to create sustainable habits and routines
- things that are standing in the way of your progress
- how to create the right mindset around exercise
- how to integrate exercise into your life
- how to create confidence around exercise
- other facets of your life which may be hindering you
These calls are all about create positive momentum in your life.
