No matter how much exercise experience you have, we have a program for you. Sweat of the Days are fully guided and we’ll do the entire workout with you. The workouts in our daily calendars are structured and are perfect for you if you like to go at your own pace. If you want to Build Your Own Program, you can do that as well – we’ll show you how.
With the Online Programs, you’ll never have to guess your way through another workout.
What’s Included in the Online Training System?
Inside the Online Training System are workouts designed specifically for the Evolution. The workouts are designed to be very efficient with little to no transition time between exercises.
When you log into the Online Training System, you will see three options.

- Workout of the Day
- Build Your Own Program
Sweat of the Day – a handful of follow-along videos designed to help you get acquainted with your Evolution. The videos will include set up, recommendations of bands, and full workout guidance and instruction (we’ll do the workouts with you). This is a great option if you need extra instruction or motivation. We update this option with new workouts from time to time.
Workout of the Day – this is where you’ll find your exercise calendars. Inside you’ll see 6 different calendars: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and 10-Minute/Extended variations of each. The different levels of difficulty are based on the complexity of the exercises included (the difficulty is not about the amount of resistance you use, although you can add/remove resistance as you need). This is a great option if you don’t need structure and just want to drop in and have whatever is on today’s menu. We update this option day-by-day and new workouts are added month-by-month.
Build Your Own Program – this is where you’ll learn how to construct your own workouts and get recommendations on how to put together an effective program. This is a great option if you have a good idea of what you want and need just a bit of guidance. With the combination of workouts I make and the workouts you make, you’ll be able to create amazing, effective programs. We update this option with new workouts weekly (about 3 per week).
